Refund Policy

1. Deposit Refund Policy

Refundable Deposits: Deposit is generally refundable under the following conditions:

  • The motorcycle stock facing a shortage and is unavailable for the agreed-upon time. The customer cancels the order.

  • The customer cancels the order before the motorcycle has been registered with Road Transport Department (JPJ).

  • The motorcycle is found to be defective or unfit for sale after inspection.

 

     Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable in the following circumstances:

  • The customer decides to cancel the order after the motorcycle has been registered with Road Transport Department (JPJ).

  • The customer fails to complete the agreed deposit payments or refuses delivery without reasonable cause.

  • Any customizations or special orders have been processed.

 

2. Insurance Payment Refund Policy

  • Refundable: If the customer has a summon record with the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and is unable to renew their insurance policy.

  • Non-Refundable: Payments made towards insurance are non-refundable once the insurance policy has been activated.

  • Cancellation: If the customer cancels the insurance policy before activation, the insurance provider may offer a refund subject to their own terms and conditions.

 

3. Spare Parts and Service Payment Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Spare Parts: Payments made for spare parts are non-refundable once the parts have been ordered, processed, or delivered, unless:

  1. The spare parts are defective or incorrect.

  2. The parts remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.

 

  • Return of Defective Parts: If a customer receives defective spare parts, we will exchange them or offer a full refund, provided the customer returns the parts within 7 days of purchase, along with the original receipt.

 

  • Non-Refundable Service Payments: Payments made for services, such as repairs, maintenance, or upgrades, are non-refundable once the service has been performed or completed.

 

Refund and Deduction of Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days and deposited into your account using the Interbank GIRO Transfer (IBG) or cash payment method.

 

Please note that if any of the following cost apply, your refund will reduced after deducting the payments such as: 

  • Differential sum for Motor Insurance premium

  • Road Tax fee

  • Penalties (if any)
